Sadly, I think it is time for the Mad Man to move on.

The fear I have is who the feck would takeover. Don't want some dodgy Septic couple or an even dodgier Thai (allegedly).

And Jennings the Butchers won't - ummm - cut the mustard, either.

Need a brand like Virgin, or Orange or Porsche or Vodafone - but that sin't going to happen, either.

At the moment we're about as desirable as an Austin Maestro.

Oh, sorry, we're a solid business...

Funny that you show your face after we've been relegated. Hardly ever during the CCC 106pointer. Never during the PL. Coincidence? Yep - you've finally got something to moan about.
Well at least no-one can call you plastic. Out of interest - what's the opposite of "being a plastic"??

Being loyal?

Actually, make that "being oil".

ING are local but maybe all their money is tied up in F1.

Although I was a bit miffed about the statement "needing to sell players, before spending" as I too assumed it would be sell for 5 million, spend 5 million.. but really people on here need to stop playing Football Manager and listen to the sensible people explain business..

And all this talk of needing a new owner.. NO ONE WANTS TO BUY US.. So that argument is irrelevant. Besides we'll be back in the top flight once everyone else has gone bust...

Not true, I'm sure there would be someone to buy us, just not at the price Madejski wants.

Where does the fool get the figure of £23m from?

Kitson = £5.5m
Shorey = £4
Sonko = £2.5

Total = £12m

:|

More importantly, why isn't he already on my ignore list?

surely that 11 million, is a replacement for 30 m we would have been getting and therefore should read -22M

But that would make the outgoing a bit inconsistent. If he wants to make a proper comparison then he should include the wages of the players, signing on fees etc etc, not just the the money spent on player's transfer fees. I'm sure we've spent more than £1.4m. :roll:
