The only post match summary in person on Grandstand (pre-satelittes Tony Gubba just had to rush round the corner to deliver his summary in person)

Ark Royal
Royal Lady Gerry Francis
The 1967 League Cup Final against West Brom
The 1981 F A Cup Final
Phil Parkes
The Lazarus Brothers
Rodney Marsh

Do you mean the Morgan brothers Ian and Roger? Mark Lazarus' brothers were boxers.

The Lazarus family were indeed boxers and Mark Lazarus got sent off for seriously decking an opponent one evening in the early sixties at Elm Park. The Reading player in question obviously would not remember the incident, but I think it might have been Rodney Thornhill, can anyone confirm this.

Yes, I believer it was Rodders. Lazarus was a really hard pcunt in his day. Pat Terry and him would have been seriously tasty.

My grandad was a QPR supporter, so after he died when I was 10, I used to look out for their results. I went to QPR v Wolves years ago, but other than that I've only ever been to QPR as a Reading supporter. I think my grandad would understand though.
