Firstly, i don't stand for Satan's name and never will.
Secondly, you can enjoy football without refering to God's name in vain, i never do and if it's a must-thing to say at games, then i'll go because i don't see it necessary and im not ashamed to say it's offensive. You wouldn't go around saying, 'Oh Budha' at football games, so why use God's? Because it's easy? You're all so oblivious, even with Christmas just around the corner.

As for those who think he is a poor ref his standing is around 2nd or 3rd behind Howard Webb in the top of the pops for refs.
We just have to accep that ALL refs are bad.
I do prefer a ref who is decisive and issues cards and awards penalties to the type (like Wiley) who do the calm down sign all the way through a game and are frightened of taking decisions.

But that approach clearly doesn't work for Dean. If it did, he wouldn't have had to issue so many reds!

IMO cards littering your match record like confetti are the sign of a poor communicator/ref rather than one who can control the game through communicating well with the players and earning their respect.

We do, of course, have a reputation for being an over physical, cheating, argumentative team who frequently display dissent towards match officials and Dean has quite rightly cracked down on us, thus maintaining complete control of our games.
