Federici
Murty, Pearce, Bikey*, Kelly
Henry, Karacan, Matejovsky, Convey
Long, NHunt

Subs: Andersen, Cisse, Harper, Mooney, Kebe, Siggurdsson & Gunnarsson

*Ingimarsson in if Bikey is on his way out.

This is on the assumption Lita is a gonner, if he's back with a new attitude I'd rest NHunt and put Lita in his place.

Royal We Wouldn't the most sensible thing be to play both Doyle and S.Hunt at Cardiff thereby cup-tying them and making them less attractive to the likes of Villa and Spurs?

And therefore reducing the amount we could get for them?

What - you'd play three full-backs in our defence?

Why not - surely it wouldn't be a weakened team. :|

Interesting that that artivle doesn't seem to be suggesting Pearce will get a game. I'd have thought it was pretty sensible to play Pearce and Bikey. Be silly to play Murts anywhere but full back.

But hey, Coppell does some strange things.

Murty, Pearce, Golbourne, Henry, Karacan, Convey and Lita will all start.
That's all that matters, right?

Interesting.

Roeder also says that Lita told him he won't sign any permenent deal this transfer window because he's waited a long time to run down his contract and so he'll wait and see what his options are as a free agent in the summer.

That kind of rules out getting rid of him completely this month, although a loan deal will still be an option.

Sounds like he'll be involved tomorrow though.

I don't think it would make the slightest difference - neither Villa nor Spurs have the FA Cup as the prime driver for recruiting players....
