floyd__streetereadingbedding Absurd and ridiculous reading it must be said.
We were always going up anyway, but now with the old boys back we can do so with some style.
Well done Steve Coppell.
So my suggestion that the return of two players who have hardly played in months and proved abject failures at their current clubs might, just might, be a touch desperate is 'absurd and ridiculous' but your assertion that we were always going up anyway isn't?
I believe the technical term is
LOL

Elm Park Old Boy Blow me down! Kitson and Little back in the same week.
And some people see a downside to this. Personally I see none: they're in our squad and not in our rivals', they should prove to be better than what we have, or at least increase our options, but if not I can't see that we're worse off.
Just think how Wolves and Brum fans are feeling. That should be the guide to how pleased we should be.

Fezza I take back everything I've said, I am absolutely delighted / surprised to have both the ginger and Glen back. I think it say's something very positive about the club that we are able to do this and that the players wish to return.
What will happen to Long and Lita though?

Wycombe Royal Person leaving a company to get paid more elsewhere shocker.
You would have done the same unless you are unambitious.
SteveRoyalThomas L'Heureux Is Kevin Doyle unambitious?
Wait, hold the phone, how old is Doyle?
Then look at how old Kitson is.
The older you are, the more desperate for Premier league football you are, because you know your time is up.
Usually.
* Basically, shut the oxf*rd up.
It's a loan.

Is Kevin Doyle unambitious? His attitude to the same situation was 'I was a part of the team that go relegated, so I'll be a part of the team that brings us back up', which is very gracious and is testimony to Doyle as both a person and a sportsman.

Many of Harold's jerk "anti-Reading" posts have a subtext of well-directed criticism about the idiotic way some people support this club. This one just happens not to be in wind-up mode.rabidbeeHarry Carry I think you fickle fans should swallow your pride and be pleased he's coming back. You can't blame him for wanting to play in the Prem and earn more money, we'd all go for better, higher paid jobs if we could. It didn't work out for him, so get over it.
Bloody hell - a sensible post from Kes, and one that I actually agree with. Two novel experiences in one post

Sorry but bollox, he would have been off if we had accepted a bid.
Glad to have kitson back, quality player and a proven scorer.
