The three rows in front of me had completely vacated 5 mins before extra time. Actually no i'm not shocked - just disappointed.

Terminal Boardom In the words of Hugh Cornwell, "Something Better Change".

As posted elsewhere (English for I can't be arsed to look), I have said that changes in the backroom staff are needed. We are fortunate to have someone like Coppell in charge and we should be grateful that he wants to be here. Do we want to be responsible for forcing him out? I don't think so. The car park mob at the start of the season were right to do what they did.

Also, there are obviously some people in the squad who are not delivering. This is where SSC, NH and co need to be strong and get rid. What we need are players prepared to die for the club and be proud to wear the shirt. Unfortunately, the way I see it there are too many simply going through the motions and cheating the supporters who pay really good money to watch the crap that has been witnessed since the start of the year. There are also plenty in the squad who should not be for one reason or another.

Those to move on at the end of the season (excluding loan players as they will go back from whence they came):

Marcus
Cisse
Doobs
Kebe
Shunt
Doyle
Harps
Lita
Long
Ivar
Fed
Boris

Apart from Copps and NH being strong, I strongly disagree with most of your stuff. I can still see the odd bit of passion and desire to wear the shirt, but the one thing we do lack is natural footballing talent.

Too many times there was Duberry and Bikey hoofing it up the field or passing it back to Hahnemann who only does the same thing, too many times did I see SHunt's first touch either sky rocket up into the air or rebound straight to a Utd Defender, too many times did I see Marek make a creative pass, only for the accuracy to not follow that vision, too many times did I see any player with acres of space outside the penalty box and not take a shot, and too many times did I see SHunt (again!), Kebe, Kelly and Armstrong cross in aimlessly! There aren't good enough footballing brains or technicality in the squad and this needs to change, not signing another player cos he's determined and works his arse off. After all, isn't this what the frustration from SHunt been?

And as for your list of who we should get rid of, some of your choices are just ridiculous!

Hahnemann: 5 - Shit distribution as always and slow for the goal.

Armstrong: 5 - Frequently lost his man and looked very average.
Bikey: 6 - A few good moments including his run where Kitson got in his way and when he brought the ball down in the first half although he was lucky to stay on the pitch late on after getting away with what would've been second bookings for taking out players who'd gone past him.
Duberry: 4 - Referee was extremely lenient with him and he is incapable of passing a football or timing a tackle despite all of his 'experience'.
Kelly: 6 - Didn't do badly and filled in well at right back whilst at a strong disadvantage due to our total lack of a right winger.

S Hunt: 5 - Ran and ran as usual and did nothing except lead me to question how he's playing at this level with so little ability.
Cisse: 6 - Looked solid before he was forced off which I feel was the turning point in the game.
Matejovsky: 7 - Our most creative player and used the ball effectively. Gave it away a couple've times second half when he faded slightly, but that was mostly due to nobody showing for a pass.
Kebe: 3 - *Circus music*

Doyle: 6 - Worked his socks off as usual with no service or reward for his efforts.
Kitson: 4 - Lazy and a shadow of his former self

Subs:

Tabb: 6 - Worked hard and did well, won the ball a lot and looked to pass.
Little: 4 - Past it
N Hunt: 5 - Didn't really have any influence, but then again Coppell didn't give him enough time as he makes his substitutions too late (often 90 minutes too late!)

That is all.

Please explain.

None of the above have been pulling up any trees of late.

Lita is obviously out of favour so will move on

As for the rest, what justification is there for them staying?

I don't think he'd have scored the 2 goals required.

We miss a midfield.

The first half we played better than we have in previous games and I wasn't worried. The second half, after the goal, we panicked and I'd agree with the rest of you about some of the players.

Kitson just seems to go missing when we need him in the box sometimes, not sure why. SHunt loses the ball too much and Hahnemann needs to take lessons in kicking from Federici...but they aren't like that all the time and I saw them better before Christmas so it's not like they can't do it. That's the only thing that makes me think we can rise again.

Sarah....You started a thread on here post Christmas suggesting we had been sussed out. At that time I didn't agree with you but sadly you were right. Our whole style of play has been completely sussed out and it doesn't look like Copps has the answers.
You spotted something that I and probably quite a few others hadn't (or hoped wasn't true  )

Agree that relatively speaking Marek was one of our better players and I still think having someone with just an ounce of creativity is needed than two defensive midfielders pairing, but he gave a hell of a lot of balls away today (as he always does). Be interesting to see Tabb alongside him on Monday.

Also agree about Doobs. I got slated for suggested Bikey and Pearce but again, relatively speaking, it's going to be better than a guy who constantly hoofs the ball and gives away cheap free kicks. The guy was great at times this season but the last few games have been below par.

Watched tha game on sky and had to record it as my daughter watching cartoon channels-maybe she had right idea.

I predicted 1-0 su win and should have put a bet on

Thought we actually showed a lot more desire and commitment than we have for a while but once again very little quality and just don't look like scoring

Usa-5-not much to do, maybe could have done better with their goal, distribution not good but made difficult by poor passbacks
Kelly-5-caught out a few times.looked keen to get forward but poor crossing
Stretch-6-solid and dependable
Doobs-5-good in the air and I thought his tackle when he got booked was a fair challenge.woeful distribution tho
Bikey-7-thought he looked very composed and great run when he nearly scored. Our best defender and must start every game for rest of season.
Cisse-6-solid performance with some tackling before he went off injured
Marek-6-some decent passes and he tackled more than usual-our only mf player who looked capable of creating anything
Shunt-3-little effort and diabolical touch-waste of space
Kebe-3-ditto-cant beat a fullback and cant cross
Kitson-7-battled hard won loads of headers and desperately unlucky not to score twice
Doyle-6-battled hard shielded ball well but seems frightened to get into penalty area
Tabb-6-Great tackling tho lucky not to get sent off with his first one-should start next time.
Little-6-at least he can cross the ball but shadow of former self
NHunt-5-little time to make impression

We miss a captain, and Ivar was a great captain at the beginning of the season.
Its the inspiration of him that we miss.

Losing at home to Fulham and Bolton in the Prem isn't half as bad as losing to Ipswich and Sheff Utd at home in the Championship.

We weren't shit last season, the other teams were just better.
