There's a lot of sanctimonious nonsense on this thread, he made a mistake and lost his head, it happens quite a lot in football.

Watch us not be able to keep possession with Pearce and Duberry playing, watch anyone with a bit of speed getting away from them, watch them have more chances from corners and crosses.

My mate phoned me during the game to say he couldn't believe how a player as good as Bikey is in the Championship.

And to whoever it was who said they don't want centre backs playing 60 yard balls, I'm sure you'll be much happier with Pearce and Duberry lumping it aimlessly back to the opposition.

Alivey Only difference between Bikey and Barton is that Barton tends to keep his business off the pitch. Anyone who knew about the bust up between Barton and Dabo knew Dabo deserved it.

Spend a lot of time a Citeh's training ground do you? I'll bet that Tandy bloke was just begging to have a lit cigar stuck in his eye too, wasn't he?

Stamping another player for no reason other than not being able to control your rage infront of cameras and infront of thousands of children is redonk and it's not the first time it's happened.

You're right, he's traumatised the nation's children, hanging's too good for him.

thank you for your support my anonymous friend, I hope one day we will sit together at a game to discuss further, although the odds of that are very long.

I see. I don't see the point of going through the hassle of making more than one user if I'm honest.

Agreed. I'd be more than happy to have someone of his quality in the Championship next season. Temper or not. You don't get Man U fans saying Rooney should never play for them again after a bit of petulance. And no, I'm not comparing him to Rooney quality wise before anyone starts having a go.

At least we have an excellent replacement in Pearce for Tuesday.

I think the word 'twat' should be used for other players too if you're going to have a go at Bikey. I can think of one or two. As for Kits, Stoke can have him back and we'll take a nice fat profit now they're safe. That money can be used with the money we'll get for Doyle in the summer.

If Doyle isn't fit for the second leg, with Nhunt and Lita definitely out, I'm a tad worried that somebody might refer Kitson's errmm... slight loss of temper this evening to the FA. :(

Kitson lashed out at a Burnley defender who was fouling him, luckily whilst all the officials on the pitch were unsighted, I beleive it is on film though.

The MVP
reading-dave22 Get him out of our team..
I’m unwilling to pay his wages for another year...
Thank god he wont play in the second leg, and thanks to him probably not at Wembley. Hopefully his last game in a reading shirt.
Probably going to get a bad response for this post, but I don’t care, he gives stupid things away, can't keep his cool and he even attacked his own physio in an international game......
After his sending off he even shoved away his own players who were trying to keep him out of even more trouble!
I’m sure I won't be the only one to lose absolutely no sleep if he is sold this summer!
Bring on Pearce I much prefer him to Bikey

It wasn't his own physio, you twat.

FOOK OFF NEWBIE!

Ok two wrong bits of information, but the physio was helping his TEAM MATE so it might as well have been his own...
Also membership for over a year.. I just don’t post much.. Not really a "newbie" am I and I have already had that "welcome"

Wrong again Spacker.

It was a steward/stretcher bearer. And he was trying to interfer with the Cameroon physio, get get the injured player off the pitch, so the home nation could get on with scoring an equaliser so they had a chance of getting to the final.

Personally I'm fuming. He's good, but he's unreliable and he has a terrible temperament. I want him out, but at the same time I honestly don't think we can afford to lose him given Doobs and Ivar are pretty much at the end of their careers and Pearce is still inexperienced.

Kebe on the other hand can oxf*rd off and die. He wasted about 4 glorious chances to put us ahead in the space of about 10 minutes. Had he not been so wasteful Bikey's stupidity wouldn't have mattered and maybe wouldn't have happened.

I certainly hope he never plays for Reading again and surely it will be a surprise if he does. A new m,anagwer is not going to want him and even if in the worst nightmare Coppell stays surely he would never play him again.
Todays events were just another stage in the demise of Reading since Boxing Day and the only hope of redemption is a GOOD win on Tuesday evening but I fear we will see another clueless 0-0. The only good thing about that is it will bring this season to an end.

Fookin hell. That's just blown 5 years of cred as an Oxford grad out the window then. "just logging in from the M6"... christ ,even spacey couldn't come up with a line like that.

A new manager isn't going to want one of our best players?

I see.

Some of the guff on here is unbelievable.

Bikey, lots of games, one or two temper losses. Best defender we have, certainly not a "liability" like so many say.

Goal threat, pace, strength, starts attacks, runs out of defence, great in the air.

I wish we had more "liabilities" in the team.

No.23 still is my favourite player. He kept their attack quiet today.
Don't blame the guy for his passion.

PS Ok the shirt tug was stoopid, but it WAS outside the box.

Gives away a stupid penalty then gets fouled, over reacts and deservedly sent off. He has now, single handedly, reduced our chances of getting to Wembley. For this he is rightly labelled a twat.
