gazzer, loyal royal rumour has it that it will be the 106 team versus the current reading team.

Coppell will manage the 106 team and the new manager the other

so as it stands the current squad playing against each other- Might as well advertised it as a training day really!

there has been a lot of change, i'd suggest

feds
rosey duberry bikey stretch
kebe cisse karacan shunt
doyle nhunt

v

marcus
murty sonko ivar shorey
little sidwell harper convey
kiston lita

Can't imagine that Duberry, Shunt and Doyle will be in the current team and will Convey fly back in the middle of his season? I think it's a cracking idea but I'm not sure it will work as I can't see all the 106 players being available. Let's be honest if the team ended up being Stack, Murty, Makin, Ivar, Osano, Oster, Brynjar, Harper, Long + 2 others then it would be a bit of a let down.

Should be fun...

Might even have a new player of 2 to look at by then too

I'm presuming that the class of 2006 players that are still at the club will still be allowed to play for that side to make it look like the team that got the job done week in, week out.

I also presume that managers will allow those players that have moved on to be released for this game.

It was interesting listening to Murty on BBCRB this morning.

Apart for the goodbyes - he said that he thought it was extremely unlikely that SC would have stayed even if we had got promoted. Implied that SC was quite burned out with all the hard work and stress.

I still think the only explanation for our loss of form after Christmas is that the players found out that SC was off. It must be hard playing for a manager when you know he is not going to be there next year - although to be fair Chelsea have done ok in this position over the same period.
