Must be all those defeats at Molineux getting you down!
Believe it or not, he is allowed to leave the City limits and find somewhere to reside that will attempt to match the cultural, pastoral and aesthetic delights of Reading.

Yes, Wolverhampton is the dregs as far as cities go, but the surrounding countryside is great - and much cheaper than living in the Thames Valley.
