It sounded like a good first half for the first game of the season with a new young team.

Hopefully they will get their reward in the second half.

Burnley's pre-season tour of Scotland has reinforced the notion that they are red-hot certainties for relegation. Scunthorpe also looking to be a little out of their depth. 3 - 0 down to the Taffies!

Sounded like the majority of the home games at the back end of last season.

As long as it's not as dire as last years season opener (also against Forest).

Mike Hunt Reading (4-3-3): Federici; Rosenior, Bertrand, Cisse, Pearce (c); Karacan, Davies, Tabb; Robson-Kanu, Kebe, Church
Subs: Hamer, Armstrong, Gunnarsson, Harper, Sigurdsson, Henry, Long

Come on Urz!

Average age of the starting XI is 22 years 256 days. This is our youngest starting XI since 6th Jan 1982 when a team avaregae age 22 years 242 days beat Portsmouth 2-1.

Current Starting XI costs : RFC £1,525,000 v Forest £5,440,000, with benches £1,115,000 v £4,075,000.
