I, for one, thinks it's an excellent signing.

In January all we need is a Habbin and a Chappell and we'll be laughing.

Just type 'Cummings' into a google search. It's a real eye-opener.

Apparently he's straight off on loan to Wokingham & Embrook where he has a special relationship with the gaffer there.

West Brom fans seem not too bothered about it as they've got a decent player coming in and a decent player coming back. They reckon he's a timebomb accident waiting to happen but from the match reports on the website it appears that he's played only 3 games and set up 2 goals.

Sounds like a good signing to me, just a shame about the Wokingham bit.

Does anyone know what we paid, and was Rosenior a give away do we get if any fee. If so it seems like we are swapping Rosey with Prem experience for someone who has hasnt exactly set Div 1 alight and we are out of pocket which doesnt seem good business.

So much to adding experience to our back line.

Anyone seen him? Sounds like a decent pedigree, can't be worse than Rosenior.

You getting the feeling Cummings was about Plan R on the list...

Fairly strange one, out of the blue really both in Rosenior going (seeing as tho Rodgers said at the forum there was no interest in him) and this lad in. At least unlike Coppell he has bothered to replace the players going.

Welcome to another young player in Shaun Cummings, was playing at WBA so you'd think he's half decent.

I would have liked another centre forward as well personally but we'll have to make do, if Noel Hunt could actually get himself fit then him and Rasiak should hopefully be good enough. Fingers x'd if they got the Howard deal through that we can have his Barnsley form and not his Sheff Utd form!

Except that we didn't pay a lot (if anything) in the swap with for Rosenior with Seol and Rosenior's wages for the period already offer a saving on the purchase price.

Same as any young defender to be honest. Apart from the Wokingham bit naturally.

If he can't give the ball away, wave his arms about and shout at the rest of the defence as well as Rosenior I'm boycotting home games.

Another thing worth remembering is that loan deals can also be associated with a fee - have none of you ever played FM? So, say, his wages and £250k could be quite a nice bit of business, if his wages are in region of £20k per week.

3 games on loan at WBA this season
35 games on loan at MKD last season

I'm expecting another youngster brimming with errors who looks world class as a winger for approx 3 minutes in every game

Cummings can play upfront too!
