shaka's shorts Who else did then - if it was 433? Not Rasiak I suggest!

Who says it was 4-3-3? It was a friendly, it could easily have been 3-5-2 with wing backs. Friendlies often mean experimentation.

shaka's shorts Interesting team - Tabb left back, Mooney midfield

Club captain Ivar Ingimarsson made a successful return to action on Friday afternoon when he lined up in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Portsmouth at Hogwood Park.

The Icelander played the first half on his first appearance since January, and skippered the side to a 2-0 victory.

Grzegorz Rasiak and Darren O'Dea were our scorers, while another new signing Brian Howard started his first match in a hooped shirt and both our goals came from his corners.

Reading were comfortable winners and it was a good workout for our team during this international break, with three new signings getting valuable time on the pitch.

Reading: Hamer; Kelly, Tabb, Ingimarsson (c) (Mills HT), O'Dea; Davies, Howard (Sigurdsson 72), Mooney; Antonio (Bryant 69), Henry, Rasiak
Subs: Locke, Cummings, Kebe, Robson-Kanu

433 works with Davies, Howard and Henry as the midfield 3, Antonio and Mooney wide and Rasiak as the central striker.

ZacNaloen
FORSTERS_RIGHT_FOOT Davies, Howard, Antonio, Henry

Mooney, Rasiak.

4-4-oxf*rd-2

Swap Antonio and Davies round.

I wasn't doing the actual line up, just stating it could of been a 4 man midfield.

Mooney's played wide left before, and Henry has only been played centrally so far this season, so seems quite likely. Although a central midfield of three attacking players is an odd choice.

I guess it would be Davies sitting back - maybe trying it in a friendly to see how it works?
