SteveRoyal The Sig with the assist. We had better keep hold of this lad.

Get a grip man.

He's gone from average to ronaldo in the space of 3 days and there are cries to keep hold of him? Wise up.

What were both the goal like? Direct from a free-kick? and the second?

Did I call him Ronaldo?
Have I even praised him?
All I said was we better keep hold of him - just like I want us to keep Karacan, Church, Matejovsky, Pearce, etc.

ZacNaloen Whoever called him average?

Sigurdsson has been one of our top players in every game he's played in.

No, he hasn't.

His set pieces are exceptional, other than that he's looked very raw and drifts out of games for large periods. He's a prospect no doubt but cries to keep hold of him from the big boys are frankly laughable at this stage.

Agreed - I've never heard anything average - only good about him so far. Still not going to raise eyebrows from other clubs until we start climbing the table.

Good for The Sig and Church.

The whole team drift for large periods. Sigurdsson HAS been one of best players thus far!

Completely agree Pearcey.

He needs confidence (as all the young players do). For strikers goals = confidence. It's great news he's scored.

When were Hunt's set pieces been 'exceptional'?

Yep, remember peterborough are doing even worse than us this season so far.

It's good we are scoring, it sounds like we are dominating in the same manner as against Cardiff, but this is a team we can score against simply due to their quality.

You are entitled to your opinion obviously, but even in that description he sounds like someone want to keep hold of then if he has the quality i've seen but is still raw.

Stop being a miserable git, by all accounts we've been very good so far, and should have had 4.

This could be the kick-start we need.

Touch wood of course.

Feeling happier now then I have done since we beat Norwich away in April :D

*Disclaimer - I know we haven't won yet*

Great thing about this is that it's after the transfer deadline. The last result against Barnsley had all that uncertainty after it. Now this is the team we have, must give them loads of confidence.

All people have needed this season is patience, the limitations and resritions that BR has had to work with since he has been here would have tried the patience of a saint. How the hell can you rip aside apart and still be challenging th top spots, we are getting better, the only problem being if any of the youngsters start to turn it on regularly then MR Ego will have them out of the door...............
