im not protesting about anything. its just a game, rogers is trying hard, the players slightly less so but still, they just aren't good enough. give it til the next transfer window before you start thinking about sackings etc

Royal Lady I've already said I'm going to sit in the hotel on Monday night and clap the servers. After all, a large amount of money appears to have been diverted to the hotel. Then I'm going to stand in Rodgers car parking space and sing "I've just got to get a message to you......Feck Off, Feck Off." I suspect I'll be on my own.

If you are being serious I won't bother leaving the hotel bar either. Personally I think the best protest would be made if nobody went into the stadium at all (except Leicester supporters of course) with millions watching on Sky. The cameras would sure to find us all out in the car park.

Nope Rogers is here to stay I suspect. The P45 could be dished out this time next year when it is apparent that getting somewhere in League 1 is too much for him.

Tony Le Mesmer Im looking forward to a good old fashioned protest. We haven't had one for 10 years, and the last proper one was at Elm Park after the Port Vale game.

Are we all so reserved these days that the most we will do is just not bother going? Or maybe a half hearted "Rogders Out" (Whilst remaining seated of course).

Or are we going to stand up for ourselves and stop letting the club treat us like shit?

LOL. Grow up

I didnae go v 'Boro out of protest that it was played on day of a booked concert & that Leroy was bound to score!
I didnae go v Brom out of protest that it was played when I was on a beach in Cornwall!
I didnae go v Rip-offs out of protest of paying £30 for a sh*t seat, in a sh*t ground, watching my sh*t team get royally sh*t on, on a sh*t pitch!
I'm not going v Linekers out of protest that it's been shafted to Monday when I'm working!

The majority of Reading Fans are too gimp to do anything.

If we ran onto the pitch as a unit then I'd be IN, but as there will be too many families eating sandwiches together I'm not going anywhere near the ground.

To demonstrate my displeasure at the current situation, I will patiently watch the first half, then turn over to E4 at 9pm to watch One Tree Hill. That'll show 'em.

Zammo Sadly, I was much more enthusiastic ten years ago. I am actually 'enjoying' the current state we are in. It's better than mid-table obscurity.

+1

Just think of the release we'll all feel when we win on Monday. I wouldn't mind seeing a goal as I missed the Watford and Sheff Utd games.

That's the Woodcote Royal way.

Only part timers and gimps boycott games.

I'm going to turn up on Monday to watch the game !

And possibly smile at those getting all over excited becasue they are 'protesting' despit ehaving no idea why or what for.

Why not be radical and just shout and scream in support of the team.

It would be effective becasue it's not happened for a while and may actually have some results.

I'll be pretty unhappy if the game gets destroyed by some childish cartoon activity (no, not the players)

I've got people who don't normally come asking if I can get them tickets to come on Monday. Not sure what they're expecting. :|

Seriously what's the evidence for well supported teams being successful, because of the support?

Newcastle have always had big vociferous crowds, Sheffied Wednesday fans are reputed to be among the best there are!

Do successful teams garner more support or do well supported teams enjoy more success?

I have heard a full Elm Park shaking the rafters for a draw in the third division and polite hand clapping at the Madstad for a win in the premier league.

The current shower hardly deserve a ringing endorsement of blind faith, they are supposed to be a football team not a religious cult!
