Deathy We're winning?

I've had SSN on and heard feck all, while playing FM.

What a shame we have a second have still to come. :|

All you need to do now is drink a Vimto and eat a Mars bar for the full match-day experience.

Fingers crossed we don't wilt in the second half again.

Fitness has been an issue from the game I've seen.

ZacNaloen Fitness has been an issue for Shane Long from the game I've seen.

So who would you bring on if it starts getting tense? Bryn or Kara. I'm edging towards Bryn just for the experience. Who would come off Marek or Howard?

Bryn for Howard. Bryn is more defensive and Marek might be able to produce something if the shit did hit the fan

I think fitness, or lack of it, is our main problem. I am surprised there has not been a thread about it tbh. The players all look less fit than last season and Shane Long........well he is just a tubby git now!

True but I think Marek's fitness is often an issue. We could always bring on both if things are getting desperate. Bryn and Kara seem to have a pretty good understanding...

Not Bryn. Too slow for a 2 man midfield. Cisse or Kara if we were to make a change.

BBC reporter at the game has just stated that 'Reading have passion and desire all over the pitch'.

Just watch us stuff it up in the second half, though I am still looking good for my bet atm on my 2-0 win for us @ 18/1 8)

winchester_royal OR

McAnuff, Howard, Marek, Sig

It's working fairly well. At least better than anything else we've tried so far. Doesn't mean it is correctly putting square pegs in square holes and using the best players in the best positions.

It may be what we need to get ourselves going, but I don't think it's a long term midfield.

Right, put your bbc text alerts away. I'm sad enough to be doing this on my phone.
We're solid. Came flying out of the blocks. They let McAnuff have the freedom of Cov for the first 15, but have tightenend up since then. Great cross for the goal though!
We're fairly comfortable really. Only threat is on their left, against Tabb....
Oh, and Compo just went past. Normal clothes i'm afraid!

I'm starting to dread 2nd halves now.

Will Coventry change things around when they come out seeing as they're behind? That'll confuse us.
