Season start 16 games in - a comparison

Slight improvement on last week, now only the 9th worst start to an RFC League season. We're now just better than Branfoot's mob. We're even off the bottom of worst goalscorers at the start of a season too.

Just had a quick look at our lowest highest League goalscorer in a season. Current worst is 1924/5, 1929/30, 1987/88 and 1997/98, where the highest league goalscorer managed a grand total of 8. Of course, 3 of thsie 4 years ended in relegation. Currently we have Simon "I can't kick a ball properly" Church on 3 and Gregorz "Where's the goal?" Rasiak also on 3. If one or the other can get to 5 before Xmas, they should be able to get past 8 for the season???
