Wimb It's always a shame when old stadiums get knocked down :(

I know financial needs mean that the lands needs selling but if they can list other buildings of national heritage why can't some stadiums, or even just the odd stand be saved. It would be great to just be able to stand on a short section of the south bank, maybe at the edge of a small park with the housing estate around it for example

A few old grounds are still out there - eg

Vetch Field
Boothferry Park

and believe it or not parts of the Bradford Park Avenue terracing from teh old ground still exist - they must have left there 35+ years ago.

Having a near whole stand to myself like the midweek game last season. God that was embarrassing for a team pushing for promotion....just!

Nigel Clough, one of the most unusual and creative No 9s I have ever seen play.
