I'd take the game getting called off to save us the humiliation.

What is it with this pessimism about the Bristol game now? All the teams I've seen play who'd just lost their managers ended up playing a blinder and winning. Something to do with trying to impress, so I'm told.

What the fuck?????

So I'm a twat for pointing out that the timing of this move is likely to have a negative impact on our chances for the Bristol City game? Really?

It may just be another game for you but for me it's the biggest game of the season. Sack Rodgers by all means, but do it on Monday for fuck's sake. Our form away from home under Rodgers has been pretty solid in recent weeks - we had a fighting chance of picking up a point or three.

Now we are in turmoil and there is a very real chance that we are going to get raped by City on Saturday. I really, really hope I am wrong - but I have a very bad feeling about Saturday.

Calm down, it was a joke (albeit a bad one).

Fair do's.

It's just that the prospect of a prolonged period of piss-taking from the cider swilling yokels that I happen to work with has got me a more than a little edgy!

How do we (the supporters) know that they (the players) are in turmoil.

For all we know they went en masse to SJM to explain that they couldn;t lift the World Class Book of Tactics, and they are so delighted that three points are almost guaranteed.

I like McDermott, but Hammond should stay as far away from team affairs as possible.
