W&E Royal
Blue_Elm
W&E Royal Can we protest to sack the plastic fans instead? I know some have gone since we became shit but there are still a few lingering about and starting shit threads like this.

I have been a fan probably longer than you've been alive son, a regular on the South Bank at Elm Park.

We've all done our time on the South Bank, son. If you were really watching Reading before I was born then I would expect you to have more sense.

i was watching football at elm park before football was invented, i also went to elevenerife on holiday this year.

I do, the Madman did well at first, saved us, moved us to a new ground. You cant say he hasnt benefited from RFC, hes probably got all his money back. Now hes not interested & his board are making the choices. I think its them should go first and appoint people who are real football people

poohs pure who did we actually buy last season?

How many of our Premier League stars did we keep?

I suggest you also consider researching "Prozone" and behind the scenes staff & costs.

I'm surprised that Blue_Elm can count as high as two. Although not surprised that he gets two when counting Matejovsky, Harper, Rosenior, Ingimarsson, Hahnemann, Hunt, Bikey & Doyle. TBH I'm surprised he can work a computer.

Neither Shaka or Murty are in anyway qualified to coach or manage a football team to the best of my knowledge you cretin.

And I thought you wanted to sack the board, or has Parkinson somehow managed to accumulate £500m without my noticing?

(I've got nothing better to be doing right now Wycombe)

who did we actually buy last season?

Armstrong, Tabb, N.Hunt, Mooney.

We also spent huge amounts of money bringing Little and Kitson back.

Not to mention the new contracts given to Doyle and SHunt.

We had the highest wage bill in the league by a considerable distance, and it turned out to be a huge gamble that did not pay off due to the mistakes made by Coppell and his players.

no you've totally lost me now, we were talking about investment which is contribute money to make money, we're skint and have had to sell off all the high earners so we clearly didn't stick to the dictionary definition now did we :-)

I'll spell it out. We invested money into the wages of players we'd have otherwise had to have sold, and invested money in the behind the scenes spending to keep the club on a Premier League fitting and were 1 game from another £30m pay day.

Woeful investment.
