99% perfect end to the season. If only Murty's penalty had made it 3-2 instead, giving us the points record and 100 goals. Can't nit-pick at an incredible season.

Quality day and then ended up in Walkabout that night I think. 16 years old, p155ed out my head and loving the fact we'd won the title 8)

brendywendy certainly the best dribbler fo the ball ive ever seen
made me totaly reassess what is required from a winger

the way he used to just stumble around 3 or 4 oppo players, coming out with the ball tied to his feet, outpace them with his brain and changes of direction and deliver pinpoint accurate crosses was oxf*rd amazing.


I just wish we had, had two quality central midfielders, to match our outstanding wingers, that year.

Travelled over the pond to see two games that season: Hull and QPR.

QPR was the most emotional I have ever been: tears at the beginning, after Murty's goal, after the final whistle and after Murts lifted the Championship trophy.
