The well done lads thread.

Well done everyone for making the playoffs with one game to spare. Now to win them!

Agreed with the well-done but there will have to be a big improvement on recent performances and changes in personnel. Howard needs to start.

Peaked too early, no wins in three against two sides we are expected to beat, plus the fact that we always lose playoffs. Swansea fan is absolutely delighted with the draw against us " battered them twice this season, don't rate them as a side, bring on cardiff in the final".

Not hopeful.

^ this, and Mills. Pearce gives me a lot more confidence at the back. Mills is a ticking time bomb and complacent to boot.

The goals have dried up, Long has gone missing for the last couple of games, and that tight midfield that looked so in control in recent weeks seem to have already started their summer hols.

This is not the time to lose confidence and go back to our mediocre ways.

At least if Swansea go up all Reading fans will have good reason to celebrate a true Reading clubman's success.

Pretty much how I feel at the moment. Perhaps better this way as any play-off failure won't be such a let-down. The irony is that we look like going into the play-offs as the out of form team with Norwich/Cardiff, Swansea and Forest all going great guns right now.
How quickly it changes.

Hopefully our 'blips' are out of the way and we shall be strong for Derby and the playoffs. Don't we need a fit Kebe, though!

Wow. Lets just not bother then? We have a great rep in Cup games, and that is what the play offs are. A fit Kebe and we have a chance.

"My money's on Reading, they always seem to do well in big cup type games, plus they're a solid side. "

"They didn't bottle it against West Brom or Everton and only lost narrowly against Man city. Their manager's shrewd and got the job on the back of a decent cup run last season IIRC. "

couple of one's in our favour too now.
