Cobi No. I much preferred Gilkes. His crossing was hit 'n' miss but he was a great winger. I used to love how he'd collect the ball, knock it ahead of his marker and he was gone. The Southbank would react immediately. Really miss having a player like him in the side.

Ian Royal I never saw Gilkes at his best. Kebe is a country mile better than the Gilkes of 95 onwards. By then Gilkes really was essentially just all pace.

y26 royal not for me.. Gilkes is my favourite RFC player off all time! Be interesting to see gilkes in his prime in a race with kebe now! Think Gilkes would take him all day long though...he was lightning!
