I confess

by liamob » 02 Jun 2011 17:31

After the first half, at half time, on Monday I felt pretty down-trodden so decided to just order 3 beers and drink them in the concourse till they had been finish by my mouth and stomach. Anyhow whilst I was drinking my beers we scored a goal. After I'd finished all of my beers, I went to the toilet and whilst i was pee-ing, we scored another.
I didn't want to jinx it so I stayed in the concourse praying.
Finally, I could no longer stand the excitement so started towards my seat. As soon as I sat down we gave away a penalty. And then I walked out. I was back in Reading by half 5.
I have not watched our goals yet. I am not over it.

I did something very similar. A half time I also ordered 3 pints and told my brothers that I wouldn't return to my seat until we had scored 2. And I didn't, until the roars kicked up when mills scored.

I stayed Til the end though cos I'm not a pcunt.

Yes it was me and it was all my fault.
We used to have a thing called "lucky toilet". Anyone else do this?
Who's turn is it for lucky toilet?
Reading get a corner anytime after 85 mins, someones gotta leave to pee.

Don't beat yourself up - it's not your fault.

Every time we watch football at home and Mrs F leaves the room a goal is scored.

She stayed at home with the dog on Monday and managed to leave the room twice in the first half and once in the second - Scott Sinclair owes her big time, all three goals were her fault.

I knew I should have left her tied to the bed.

In the 106 year, I missed 12 goals at the madejski, I missed 2 scored by sidwell when we were at burnley and won 5-1 (?). And I missed both goals when we played bury on a rainy Tuesday night, where we won 2-0. Also missed one of arsenals goals when we lost at highbury, I was in the north bank as couldn't get a ticket for the away end. All by having to go  for a leak due to the watered down lager. At home games I used to say, I fancy a goal, and walk of to the toilet.
