Indeed - I'm sure that, for fans of clubs like Bradford, Swindon et al, knowing they reached the Premier League before Reading means so much!

'kin' 'ell! One of them seems to think they'd be in with a chance of getting MaccyD in as their manager if we struggle and he gets sacked. Or have I misunderstood his mental dribblings?
When Reading eventually fire him which they inevitably will especially if the struggle in the PL under these new foreign owners then with his localish connection and ex player bit I'd like to think he might be one in the frame when a vacancy does arrive in the years to come - especially if we have managed to climb a league or two by then.
