It is just past 4:00 AM here...just got back from Boston. Went to meet a mate of mine, who is from over there but happens to be here on business, and the person who is most responsible for me being a supporter of this great club...and btw he's totally bumming he can't be there right now tossing back pints at the Purple Turtle with you. There were 3 of us planning on meeting up with him on April 21st for drinks to say "hi" while he was here. It had been planned for 4 months and it just happened to be the night that Reading clinched the title. So toasts were raised and I belted out a few hearty "C'MON URZZZZZZZZ" in the bar. The Bostonites didn't know what to make of it but who cares about them.

And we just wanted to make sure you knew we were both there with you in spirit...

Came out of there, went to the Purple, went back to the Walkabout (shhhhhhhhhhush no chanting ) then went to the AD and strolled in at just after 4. Benreading has a video of the scenes when the final whistle went. Cracking photos of the screen showing us as champions.
My voice is now officially shot to pieces again.

Walkabout was superb. I walked in as Saints scored, and thought that was that. We all went totally mental when Boro scored their winner. Got soaked in 4% lager, but who cares. URZ
