Bowman's Quiver To put this all in perspective try coming up with Classic RFC moments pre-1985 and see how many you can come up with.

You suddenly realise how bloody lucky we all are!

Just when you thought you were going to get "that goal" (again!), here is another classic Friday moment! Was this against Donnie (or Scunthorpe) ?

Donny game in March 76. 0-1 thanks to Reading old boy Les Chappell and our first home defeat of that season. England cricketer Chris Balderstone also played for Donny that day.

With the match falling on my birthday, Doyle's '06 PK against Man U stands out. Felt like win despite fcuking Ronaldo.

Didn't that cannon off the bar?

Not the one vs Sheff Utd?

He hit the bar in the replay but scored in the first game at Old Trafford IIRC.

True story. I'd forgotten it was his equalizer!

I remember this game in 2007, where a man marking Reading held Man United to a draw at Old Trafford. Proud moment.

And finally, this game where we beat Derby 5-0 and were crowned champions.

Harpers So Solid Crew Not been done for a couple of years, and must be a few added now.

Any bits from any games, or the club, comedy, anything that you loved really and sticks in memory, organised by STAR I think?

Incorrect. This was one of the last acts of Reading FC Supporters club, and actually, it consisted of the donation of about 2500 balloons to errrr....me (well, technically to a couple of my friends, but getting the blue and white stripes on the terrace was my stupid idea!). Myself and those two friends, then walked up and down the terrace, swapping balloons into the correct colours, explaining what we were trying to do, and generally shouting the odds (we'd been drinking since very early!). It was great fun walking up and down that terrace trying to co-ordinate it. The other two people who helped co-ordinate it and I, then watched as those balloons were released, and a big gust of wind blew pretty much all of them over the top of the terrace, into the back garden which backs onto the ground. The two children who were playing in the garden, and were completely unaware of what was about to happen, got a bit of a shock (and a bit of a dream come true) when their garden suddenly had 2500 baloons in it. Probably one of my highlights as an RFC supporter - that day lives very long in my memory!

That was the best game I've seen in the Premiership, and one of my favourite goals by a Reading player. Bryn hit a lazer guided shot so hard it was past Friedel before he could move.
