Arsenal play in the Champions league the week before and the week after this tie so 3 weeks of 2 games a week will continue to see the kids/reserves get a run out in this completion I would have thought.

Arsenal have got a definite policy of low tickets prices for cup games - and as the ticket price for this has to be agreed by both clubs I'd expect a low one - £15/£20 or something like that.

would agree with you if it was against any one else but because it's against one of the big 5 I'd be very surprised if the club doesn't try to cash in on it.

Unless the league cup requires a higher percentage of seats given to the away team, I'd have though no chance because we could sell those seats to our own fans.

You can't buy tickets for the south stand online, so I would have thought they have the whole stand.

In the cup the home team have to give the away team 15% of the total tickets available which at the Mad Stad is 3600 hence Arsenal having all of the South stand.
