If BM cared for the club and supporters like he keeps saying he does ...he'd do the honourable thing and resign.....

..so I guess it's a case of just how genuine he is being when he makes that statement.....

ManchesterRoyals
NTRoyal Brian has to go, but I really don't see that he will.

JM did an interview today where he basically said we are punching above our weight, he has done a great job etc. which is a ridiculous attitude to have. We have looked and continue to look so poor, with no real threat going forward at all.

Anton needs to grow some balls

Even with three on the pitch we still wouldn't score.

Nothing changes. Our only plan is hoofing it down the flanks. I like Brian, but he fully deserves to be fired for persisting with these prehistoric tactics. When will he learn that it just not work at this level....unfortunately the answer is never!

Sunderland, despite all their struggles, look like world beaters against us.

Suddenly had a strange hopeful thought that this could be this seasons version of Bristol City away last year.

Lose four on the bounce. Yeh don't make any unforced changes! Lost the dressing room, lost the fans. Time to go!! Guthrie must have just shat himself with laughter

If you need cheering up because you can't win or score goals, then play Reading!

It's all down to our shape and tactics. We are overrun in midfield every game, allowing defenders plenty of time position to close down and mark our attacking players. An extra midfielder, or simply being able to move the ball effectively would make a big difference.

Sorry, there is so much nonsense being spouted on here. None of us likes to see the team going through a tough patch, but you're kidding yourself if you think sacking BM is a magic wand. This is when he needs backing.

And frankly, if it is true that Guthrie has done one rather than be on the bench he should never be considered for the team again.
