AthleticoSpizz see (the invisible post) twelve posts above

I dont think there will be any booing.....against a big team, where we will raise our game, on the contrary

I read it Spizz. I reckon there will be seat banging, booing, motivational or not, mutterings, mumbling and side swipes.
Wenger might even do his Mr Bean routine for us for some occasional laughter.

I'll be judging what he does on the pitch and then decide whether i want him at this club or not. He's walking a thin line at the moment. There's no excuses for what he did, you support the manager no matter what. Buttt, in his defence, legswood has be terrible lately and i'm amazed guthrie hasnt even come off the bench in the games weve been losing.

If guthrie starts on monday then the whole player power debate will come out again.

Normally I would say get rid of Guthrie with behaviour like this. However desperate times call for desperate measures and I think he should have one more chance.

SPARTA I have no problem with Guthrie at all. I have a problem with how he's been managed though. A player of his ability should be in the side. His problem is he bites too easily, but I'd also have a massive problem if a useless kunt like Leigertwood was getting a game ahead of me.

SPARTA Get behind him, and if he's on the sodding bench again, chant his name and keep chanting it until Brian plays him.
We all would, wouldn't we, but then we support and love this club, he doesn't. He's also a multi-millionaire who needn't give a fcuk about us, as there will be another club around the corner wanting him for 20-30k a week. Same for almost all of the squad. We saw it when we in the Premier League a few years ago, this league changes even the players you thought you connected with. Money and fame. I fcuking hate this league!

It appears to affect the fans too when seemingly intelligent people refer to players who have achieved something for us as "useless kunts" and basically want them harangued in favour of someone who refused to actually play for us. I fcuking hate this league! too

TommyF If Robert Mugabe pulled on a Reading shirt and played you should bloody well cheer him for 90 minutes.
Johnny Fordham has just read this and claiming it as a transfer scoop, totally ignoring the obvious work permit difficulties.

I doubt he'll play anyway, McDermott will still persist with Tabb and Leigertwood.

Agree. He'll bang on with these until we get a (lucky?) decent result and then claim that he was right to have persisted. The fact that it might be the last game of the season won't matter.

MmmMonsterMunch There needs to be a do nothing option. I won't cheer or boo him & will wait to see what he offers up on the pitch.

pretty much how I feel .

Couldn't really hear if he got a positive reaction or not, but he looked calm and composed on the ball when he came on.
Had a few touches that got us out of trouble that Tabb would of just tried to barrell roll out out of.

Starts next match in the same formation for me.
