All of Federici's mistakes
Stoke - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFuqlvoUrkU
Chelsea - 3rd and 4th(if going to be very critical) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBoD5yaB8Xc
Peterborough - 1st and 2nd goal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9ZgXZ2HP8s
Wigan - First goal should of kept hold of it imo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Fx_30EfSKU

Without these goals we would be 4 points better off - which would put us joint 16th with sunderland with a game in hand - and it could of completely changed the outcomes of the games.
Apparently we are in for Lee Camp. Not proven at PL level but known to be a good keeper
Federici just can't make this level

Fine.

Fancy putting a compilation together of all the chances Alfie's missed? Or passes that Leigertwood's misplaced? Or
gaping holes that our defence has left for opposition players to run into?

All of which could have gained us more points / changed the outcomes of the games?

A goalkeeper is the most important position on the field. One mistake its a goal, other players have chances to put it right. Very difficult to compare and it's easier to get a better keeper in goal rather than change the whole team

Secondly, Federici has been great for two seasons, not one.

Thirdly, it wasn't that he'd "cut out the basic errors"- for one thing there weren't many to cut out- but that he was actually playing very well.

Are you completely delusional? Federici essentially handed Swansea 2 of their 3-0 lead at Wembley - their second goal was a Federici assist!

1) Yes

2) Even if Feds was responsible for two goals at Wembley- he wasn't- that wouldn't change his excellent form for most of that season. Andy Griffin and Zurab Khishanishvili were awful that day too, but they were very good for us.

Shame, a better keeper than Federici, can't we just sell Federici to some Danish team?

I thought Fed's reactive save was from a Nathan Dyer header.

Fed was back to his best today. If he keeps playing like that and doesn't get injured, McCarthy will have to be patient on the bench...

Wasn't it after Swansea away that we were all praising McCarthy? The Swans clearly bring out the best in our keepers.

I know what your saying but we know he's capable. Even though it's always going to be tougher in the Premiership, if he finds last seasons form we'll be laughing.

He was back to his best with his poor distribution.

How did you work this out? Taylor and Andersen have never played, McCarthy is our best keeper and Federici kept kicking the ball into touch or even worse, to a Swansea player.
