I seem to remember something like this before (not with us though)...I'm sure its something like the transfer window applies to any player who has played for his team that season, regardless of when his contract expires.

I have a feeling the Sunzu transfer is still on, he wants out and is clearly wishing for the transfer to go ahead, whether the complications surrounding his contract and ownership can be sorted out is another matter...
