Wigan play some nice football, a typical Martinez side passing the ball with ease, but they seem to get little rewards for their efforts. I think this will play into our hands, should we revert back to the 4-5-1, as we can let them dictate play and take them on the break or in the last 15mins when they start to tire.

I went to the Chelsea v Wigan game last week (don't worry I wasn't paying).

Observation about Wigan was that they are very tidy in the middle third of the pitch, but vulnerable at the back and a little toothless up front.

I can see them causing us some uncomfortable moments, but ultimately us prevailing.

Prediction: 2-1 Reading.
