I think those were the original lyrics to the popular children's song.

Was definitely this. I sit in Y26 and it was this along with boos when Liverpool were singing their party songs.

Their songs made no difference to me (no offence to anyone) as I was barely out of nappies when Thatcher went out of office.

Adie Williams said on BBCRB this morning that as there was a "late surge of supporters arriving" in away end near the start of the game, police and stewards were unable to fully check bags etc and they've said that is why flares and bangers got it. Absolute rubbish! Those blokes in the area where the flare and bangs came from were there when I took my seat at about 2.45pm.

If you're going to search little old women's tiny handbags, bloody well make sure you search the bags/bodies of much younger away fans, you idiots!!! I thought I was going to have a bloody heart attack with all the banging making me jump out of my skin. Arseholes.

I can't believe Liverpool supporters would do this.

 That's why I highlighted it - but that is word for word, what he said.

Twix Today I was shown an article from The Daily Mail that said Reading fans responded to Liverpool's anti Thatcher songs with a chorus of "If you all love Maggie clap your hands".
They've since removed that line from the online version of the article which suggests this was made-up, did anybody hear that being sung?

If you need proof I'm not making this up put "love Maggie clap your hands" (with the quotation marks) into Google and you'll get a result from the original article.

Definitely didn't happen.

'If you all hate scousers clap your hands' came up as did 'always the victims'.

Heard 'Maggie is a tory' :?: and 'only one Maggie Thatcher' attempted by individuals. Both failed.

Poor choice of words from club and Williams, giving some idiotic morons on here the opportunity to completely ignore independent findings and parrot the lies of The Sun and police in blaming Liverpool fans for the Hillsborough Disaster.

Why? This was 100% correct.
Liverpool fans showed what total hypocrites they were on Saturday.
