commiserations

by hudders_lad » 30 Apr 2013 12:25

Sorry to see you not avoiding the drop.

How do you think you will do in The Championship next season?

I hope we can stay up as i've never been to Madejski stadium. Be also nice to welcome back Morrison to the John smiths stadium, He's quite a favourite with us still. :)

Pretty sure though you won't be following in Wolves and Blackburn direction

I guess play-offs has be seen as the minimum, but then again, Blackburn and Wolves would have thought the same.

Adkins is a decent manager, absolutely the right appointment. So with a summer of change I'm feeling quite optimistic for next season.

No idea how we'll do next season. We haven't looked like scoring under the new manager. If he gets a transfer budget and we get used to his style of play then we will challenge for top two, but if the current malaise and lack of belief stays then we're fighting to get into lower midtable.

john Smiths? Can you stop bloody renaming your stadium!

we are not yet quite safe, a draw against barnsley on saturday will guarantee our safety.

Glad to see Huddersfield back in tier 2 and I hope you stick around.

Bit of an unknown quantity what we'll do next season. Depends on the summer massively. But I'd say aim for top 6, hope for top 2 and top 15 as an absolute minimum acceptable, providing we improve the next season.

I think top 10 is minimum to be honest, given that Anton will as it looks not be setting a Championship budget ...

Mathematically no but given the games others have the chances of Huddersfield going down are very slim, thereofore please donate 3 points to Barnsley so the pressure on Millwall and Sheff Wed can be maximised.

I agree i'd probably have Adkins rather than any other manager to get you back up 1st time and get you playing some decent football, but i suppose there will be an element of what budget you can afford to keep players and get a few newbies in.

Huddersfield and Barnsley are good clubs, but please put Millwall down, looks like we are getting rid of one scumbag club,Wolves, now get rid of another.

agree with this, wouldnt think it was a good season if we were to finish 15, top 10 and battling for a play off place is minnimun IMO
