Just wondering if David Robson-Kanu has gone back to being a 'Close Protection Operative' since both his clients have just signed new 3yr contracts?

HRK is 100-1 on Sky-Bet, a decent each-way bet.

HRK is 100-1 yet, Blackman is only 66-1. Surely even though Blackman is listed as a 'striker', HRK is more of a goal threat?

We're in the Championship again. You've got to get back to being used to the media having no clue about us.

If they've both got as good a deal as they've wanted to, and ended up staying at a club they enjoy playing for and an environment they know they can perform and flourish in then he's done an excellent job to be fair.

He'll be getting a decent slice from any siging on fee's and wages they're making and it sounds like both have potentially got significantly improved deals.

Should be done and dusted this evening, and announced today or tomorrow.

“He can play on both the right or the left and, going forward, we also believe he can develop into a very effective central striker.''

This better not mean we're not going to get a proper striker. Wingers can turn into quality strikers but not sure HRK falls into that category.

Just as, if not more than, important as the Pearce contract signing imo. Gr8 news.

Phew! Was worried we'd have to cope without a 4th choice winger for a minute then.

That would be hilarious if he was our 4th choice winger...

Good news. He's got everything it takes to be a top top player. Quite confident he could be an effective striker too. Look forward to him doing some real damage this season and eventually becoming a mainstay in our forward line.
