If we are serious about going up, this is what is needed, not some lump from league 1 who might be ok.

Mariappa is no mug, so clearly there is an off the pitch issue, so if he needs to be moved on, fine, but get someone in who is better not just because they are cheap, and may fulfil a potential one day, as we may/hopefully need them for the Premiership in the next couple of seasons.
