Dunno why some are so angry. Without his hyperbole they would miss out on the mitigation needed to satisfy their thirst to publicly abuse black people; according to studies, it's a thirst which develops in lives lacking sex and point.

Extended-Phenotype What we need to do is establish a Ministry of Racism, and appoint a bunch of white folk to be in charge. Then they can work it all out and let the black folk know what they can and can't be offended by, and what they can and can't talk about in public.

Many are 'abusing' Roberts because he is acting like a pratt and nothing whatsoever to do with the colour of his skin. To suggest otherwise is as prattish as many of Roberts' own statements, where he moves heaven and earth to try to find racism, or even hints thereof, where there is none; and where he seeks to tell others 'his brothers' what they should be offended by, when they have already stated that they are not offended.

Is it true that he writes for The Daily Mail? If so, how dare he preach to others regarding racism. Complete and utter double standards if he gets paid for contributing to that paper, given its contribution to improving race relations.

Yes he does .... guess he might argue that writing for them is the best way to target the real bigots and racists:

It's the trembling delight some people take in being allowed off the leash that I have more of a problem with, rather than those who find the act of disagreeing with someone a relatively calm affair.

Tweeting 50 times in an hour about how wrong Roberts is seems a bit of a tell.

Royal Ginger Jason Roberts has given a rough time frame on his return to fitness on twitter:

@smudgerfc: @JasonRoberts30 When will you be fit?”//3-6 Weeks away now...I can see the finish line... http://wp.me/p3ALe5-2L

That puts him back in full training around Brighton, Leeds, Derby, Birmingham time (September), and possibly selectable Doncaster/Millwall-ish in October?

I'm personally of the view that i'd like to see him get a chance as soon as he's ready, but he's a self confessed 4-4-2 man.

6 weeks is now nearly 14 weeks - He is still being talked about as a 'long term' injury in Adkinks pre match press and will never be the same player that came to us a couple of years ago.... should have retired last season.

Winning us promotion 18 months ago < being a crocked player with little or no hope of playing effectively again invoking a clause in his contract to extend his contract instead of retiring or taking an insurance pay off.

Yeah, what a git for abiding by the contract which was offered and agreed by his employer.

And yet RFC got slated when they stuck to the terms of Salako's contract and didn't play him to avoid triggering an automatic contract extension offer.

...that rips a hole in the back of the net, the ball slamming into the face of Roy Hodgson in the crowd behind, who exclaims live on camera "watch it you f/cking n*****!" exposing him as a genuine racist.

... and then, after confronting the now definite racist on live TV, he runs away to celebrate his first goal in 2 years but collapses to the ground like the sack of shit that he is as his 75 year old woman's hip gives way :o
