Barry the bird boggler Awful again. OK so work in progress we are this season but I would expect to see gradual improvement as the season goes on not this continual drabness and nothingness

Is there an agreement with Southampton that they'll get more money if we actually play Sharp for longer than 5 minutes or something only reason I can think for sending Blackman on instead.

How much of this crap is down to the playing side and how much of it is down to the behind the scenes shenanigans

A lot of Bodgkins's selections and substitutions do not make sense to the fans. If they do not make much sense to the players either, then that would undermine their unity of purpose.

Strikes me that Adkins can be an obstinate bas---rd. when he wants to be. Seems like he has decided not to play Sharp, didn't want Kebe, won't pick Macanuff, let Mapps go with little back up, but loves Blackman, rates Kanu, and believes 60% possession is equivalent to three points! Leeds have now gone above us. Noone seems to be enjoying themselves, fans and players alike. Oh for the old days with Sir Steve and Murts.

We don't seem to have any impact players now.

But I will concede we do have a lot of injuries at the moment which isn't helping.

A point away from home to Blackburn? I'm happy with that, regardless of how we played. Remember the 0-0 against Saints away, the most one sided game I've ever witnessed(with exception of Arsenal 4-0 at home), I was there, didn't hear many grumbles about our dire performance like I hear or see the nancy's complaining on here about today's result.

We're not going to win it(the league), with credible negative rumours about behind the scenes fiasco's and we're still competing?

I just think it's best to support the manager and players, whether you like them or not. Stop oxf*rd moaning.

Btw...excuse the editing, poxy Kindle!!!!

Not particularly helpful..

I promise to follow your lead by having a cyber w@nk the day I make my 4000th post, as this is clearly the way to help the team get a shot on target before the 89th minute.

Remind me, how much did McDermott pay for Akpan and Blackman? Do you really think he couldn't have got better for that?

As for owners making money available - at worst we have gone from frying pan to fire. Madejski wasn't exactly renowned for making funds available when they were clearly needed. What's more we haven't had to endure the 'black hole' cheap sales (yet).
