If you're into scoring patterns RFC 7 Bolt-on 1, RFC 5 Black-pull 1, RFC 3 Sheff Wed 1 would seem reasonable.

Certainly remember the Wednesday crew coming to Elm Park and completely mobbing the Southbank. Brought a crowd back then and, given their current league position, 1,500-2,000 on Sat. won't be shabby either.

Hate to rain on everyones parade but, even though they're down there and we are in the top six, they have'nt lost since mid-December. They are in the bottom half due to an appalling start to the Season which only changed when they beat us. If we are truly on the up, we need to win this and I would take 1-0!

^This.
Wednesday's appalling start was due in part of their failure to win NOT lose. They drew a huge amount of their early games but started to put things right against us (assisted by some shocking defending on our part it must be said). This will not be an easy game. I'll be happy with a 1-0 win but would settle for a draw.

Remember that day well and ending up on the Town End terrace with more of em. Nasty lot the Owls were then.

Wednesday are badly hit by injuries, especially at the back
Connor Wickham has gone back to Sunderland and they are playing Benik Afobe.
We are on fire up front and looking strong at the back.

I'll second that! I was in C Stand and from where I was sitting their antics in the central Southbank did not look pleasant. Remember seeing an oldish guy being kicked and punched all over the place by a bunch of them.

IIRC it was the 21 Dec 1979 game. We lost 2-0.

I see Charlie Watts is on my 3-1 in the EP.

I know it's going slightly off point but in addition to Real Sandhurst Royal and grey-squirrels' observations of notorious crews to visit Elm Park. Add Pompey, Villa, Man U and of course the infamous day when we played Cardiff in the Cup. I'm sure they ferried half of Wales down for that game.

More valuable points with a 3-1 victory which all helps before the ten point deduction for administration kicks in :(

Match postponed or abandoned due to torrential rain and waterlogged pitch!

Has a match ever been called off at the Mad stad because of the weather? I can't remember one.

Yep. I went to that one - called off at half time. It wasn't even that bad as I remember?

Heh! Heh! :)

I'll still go for 2-0 to Royals.

Missed my mums birthday to go to Burnley at home in the FA Cup in 2007, called off just before kick off

Was also sitting in row A for the Leicester game that was called off
