gazzer, loyal royal if it is £4m then its cracking business. Was never a stand out player, and didn't want to stay, its a good deal for us.

we probably got more as we knew how much QPR paid for Caulker, so knew they had a bit more money to throw about than another championship. Now to see the money re invested in a couple of other positions

Thought he was much better than Pearce and could score up the other end. Think we may regret this longer term when he moves to a bigger club in the premiership. I hope we have a sell on fee. As said before our squad is being replaced by journeymen. I can only see us hoping to be a bottom half team as its going.

`Lets focus on the players we have already, not the players we haven't got`

Guess who?

hint: you can fry him, poach him, or eat him scrambled.

Pepe the Horseman I can see Elvis Hammond coming in, then that'll be it for the transfer window.

Always been one of the most underrated of Leicestershire Foxes players.

Gorkss replaced by Ferdinand (QPR reject replaced by the man who nicked his place)
McAnuff replaced by Mackie (hardworking 'journeyman' who couldn't score replaced by hardworking journeyman who can score and add goals to our midfield)
Le Fondre replaced by Cox (successful lower league forward who couldn't get in our team replaced by successful lower league/international forward quite suited to the managers style)

Pretty much like for like or potentially improvements in terms of age and exprience if nothing else.

Others to leave are Leigertwood (injured journeyman replaced by youthful potenital in Kuhl), Bridge (now retired journeyman but needs replacing with a specialist left back), Baird and Sharp (two journeyman who contributed very little in appearances).

The squad is a little light in numbers if the kids don't step up sufficiently but I can't see how you could argue we're suddenly turning into a squad full of journeyman when realistically it's only Bridge and Morrison (who's only been sold a couple of hours and arguably replaced by Hector already) who haven't been replaced as yet.

Morrison has GONE

With Sean Morrison gone to Cardiff do we need another CB? Who have we been linked with?

This was clearly a very instant move - I doubt Morrison would have taken the #6 shirt if he was having doubts about his future here.

No one yet. The move came about very quickly so Adkins hasn't had a chance to identify a replacement yet.

Hopefully we get someone good using the £4 million we got from Morrison. Even if it's not a CB.
