Hang on a mo.
I thought Bridge was an Anton signing and therefore crap and foisted on Nigel who didn't want him? Are we now saying Nigel did sign him so he was therefore gr8 (even tho his gr8ness only lasted 45 mins)?

Extended-Phenotype Think I preferred McD's transfer strategy. At least the shit he snatched from the opposition team in the car park after the game were fit.

He's right y'know, we always signed appalingly during McD's time at the club in various guises. Far more successful in that department without him being involved :!:

^ is that the kinda answer you were looking for, EP :?:

Silver Fox
Armadillo Roadkill To be fair about Bridge, he did look like our best player when he played. Adkins took a gamble on his fitness that didn't work out - doesn't make him a bad manager.

At least he's learnt from his mistakes and not bought any more unfit defenders since

Actually that is correct - Ferdinand's signing has Samrit's influence all over it.

:|

Here is a new one folks.....RFC signings are now signing players on the back of interference with people not officially connected with the club :!: Omnishambles.

Adkins hands are bound so tightly, there is barely any point in him being here at all. I mean, its not as if he's evidently much good at the team selection and tactics side of things now, is it :?:

The reason it is correct is that Bridge wasn't unfit. He'd played over 40 matches the previous season, after all. He just picked up a bad injury and didn't recover. It is hard to blame Adkins for that.

Ferdinand is more comparable to Drenthe, except he's much less fit and hasn't demonstrated any talent yet.

Lacoste

Derby and Bournemouth next two games.

Think the new owners will struggle to keep him if we lose both.

Dolan for me, I like him and with all the youth we are playing he would probably be ideal. Plays good football.

.

:?

Why will they struggle to keep him? Is he going to resign? Or do you really think that the owners will listen to a noisy minority on HNA?!

What do you think he is going to come out and say?

We have been playing terribly and I need a whole new team?

That would be great for morale around the side.

It wasn't that long ago we won 4 on the trot and everything looked rosy.

At parts we have been playing very good football.

Well, it wouldn't be Nige, would it?

He doesn't give a fcuk what happens at either end as long we pass it nicely amongst ourselves in the centre :|

Keep the ball in the middle, we can neither score nor concede.........we may just avoid relegation.

Hold on tho',

wasn't that "going to be good enough" for some on here for this season

just a few short weeks back?

If only we did keep the ball in the middle rather than what we currently do and pass it around the edge of our own area.
