In terms of the game, you can blame our attackers for not taking 3 points. Defence allowed them 1 clear chance all game. Attackers missed 4 or 5 chances to kill the game.

How is it we ALWAYS spunk late goals that cost us points?

Because we don't take chances to kill games and settle for a 1 goal lead without dominating the match. We let teams continue to play when they're not hurting us because we feel comfortable and they just keep plugging away, knowing they're always in with a shout rather than losing hope. They then frequently come up with that one moment to turn the game they need. We then have no idea what to do, assuming we've got any time left in which to do it.

This lot should be barred from shooting in the first 15 minutes, because they've got oxf*rd all idea how to play when they're in charge. Sucker punching someone and putting on a desperate rearguard action they can manage a little better.

Yes. Even that 7 - 1 last year involved giving up a late goal. It might not have cost us points (As that is quite difficult to do AND win) but it did cost a degree of satisfaction and contributed to my terrible sense of insecurity.
