Reading Legends

Played a tournament at goals in woodley the other day and a the article about it is on the GetReading website,

Here is a picture of the said legends



Can anyone tell me who they are obviously mick gooding in top right, who are the others?

he always seems to appear in these legends line-ups. does he run the team or something.

none of the others except Gooding look remotely familiar.

And obvs Mick Gooding.

No idea who the other two are.

The keeper is Phil Brown.

They struggle to get a side out and to get proper 'legends' to turn out so end up with ex-YTS players like Norris playing most of the time.

Great keeper. played in a generally shocking team (Simod Cup run excepted) and was exposed to lots of shots almost every game.

If he'd played in a good Reading team he would have been held in much higher esteem by more people.

id like to see what sort of shape Caskey is in nowadays.
And Terry Hurlock, although Im going to be completely honest here, Im not actually sure if hes still alive.

Brown has changed a lot since school - still doesn't look like him imo.......
