'Cause you're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up then you're down
You're wrong when it's right
It's black and it's white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
(You) You don't really want to stay, no
(You) But you don't really want to go-o
You're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up then you're down

'Hot N Cold' by the musical genius that is Katy Perry

Should I Stay Or Should I Go
If I stay there will be trouble
If I go we'll do the double.

From twitter

Steve Clarke in
Steve Clarke out
In out in out
You shake it all about
He got halfway up the M4 then he turned around
And that's what it's all about

Singing the French anthem at Wembley was enough, surely?

It's all a bit OTT. As usual, everything is milking it for its worth, hard to believe it was almost a week ago, with the amount of coverage it's still getting (all day, every day) you'd think it had happened last night.

And what's up with this anthem shit anyway? Did we have some fatty singing the star spangled banner after 9/11? The Indian national anthem after the Mumbai attacks? The Kenyan national them after Shopping Mall attack or the University massacre?

It's just so unnecessary, and so hypocritical. It's important to show solidarity at this time, yes, but the way we've been going on you'd think that we were bezzie mate allies for centuries. Let's ignore the fact that throughout our history we've probably been at war more often than bee allies with them.

And don't even get me oxf*rd started on the tricolour overlay on Facebook profile pictures.

/end rant

According to the lyrics of the Clash song, Clarke should have gone because they'd only be half as much trouble than if he'd stayed.
