We will be average but by the second half will be 0-2 up. They will score but Brian will shore us up at the back and we will hold up for the win.

With four players with Reading connections playing for Wolves, , does this mean we will have to score at least five goals to win?

Don't really see Golbourne scoring, though Jay Tabb did so I suppose stranger things have happened.

My theory is that away teams are more likely to win on Boxing Day than at any other point in the season.

Think about it, ours lads had Christmas morning, perhaps then had a light training session, before being put on a coach to some hotel where their diet and behaviour will have been controlled.

The Wolves lads will have woken up the same, had training the same, but then would have gone back to their friends/families with all the usual Christmas temptations. I can guarantee at least a couple of them will have had a bit too much, and woken up this morning either hungover, or so full of food that they will need to go for a strategic 'Yule Log' before the game.

That's the theory anyway, and I'm sticking to it:
Wolves 0 v 1 Reading

They are shocking at the back but good going forward. We are awful at the back but ok going forward.

2 - 2. Good game for the telly.

Blackman x 2.

Would they have needed a hotel?

Bus at midday. Arrive about 3pm. 2+ hrs stretch and warm up

That's what I was thinking until the team bus passed me at about 11:30-ish yesterday morning outside the Black Boy.

They might as well hand us the title now.
