500k does seem a little bit steep for a 34 year old, but then again it is a stop gap he will stay for 1.5 years he could do wonderful things or just fade away you never know. he obviously wants to play or he would have stayed at Bournemouth and picked up his pay cheque each week. It will probably be more than what we will be paying him.
