It's a bit of a shame that the Wednesday v Fulham game is academic, but oh well - LOL at Leeds.

I dunno, a 25-0 win for Wednesday could make it interesting

I guess its all down to who doesn't want to play Fulham in the playoffs. Fulham can only finish 6th so I would happily see us lose to Burton if it means Wednesday or Huddersfield picking up a point.

I reckon we can beat Wednesday or Huddersfield over 2 legs but not Fulham although I would fancy our chances against all 3 in a one off game.

Fulham will be the only playoffs side to pick up 3 points next week. We will end up playing them.

They could save a lot of money by just promoting 6th place Fulham automatically, they're clearly far better than any of the sides above them

Also AFCKINGLOL at the thought of Brighton being bottle jobs and screwing this up again, losing to brittle city atm..... last game is not such an easy one away to villa. Newcastle have Barnsley at the home ground and should theoretically win.

And no sane manager or team really want to go into the playoffs on the back of a defeat. I continue to trust in Jaap,

What do you mean? Brighton are hosting lowly Bristol City and surely they'll be winning this comfortably, before pouring onto the pitch to celebrate winning the Championship title with a game to spare?

windermereROYAL Pretty obvious what Sheff weds will do next week. nobody wants Fulham in the semis. its going to be us.

Whilst i like the idea of Reading, Huddersfield and Weds all trying to lose on the final day to avoid Fulham.

But if they're such a certainty you've got to play them in the semis or final regardless.

I can see Fulham playing a reserve side next week as they have finished 6th so nothing riding on it at all for them.

Hudds and Wed will prob want to finish 4th so will field stronger sides.

Don't think we will win next week - Stam's post match comments suggest he's going to rest players next week.

I don't think we will end up with Fulham unless we get to the final.
