Sutekh Can Reading avoid losing their next two games?

Birmingham and Stevenage - lose those and he has to go

Why? He doesn’t have to do anything. I very much doubt he’ll resign

Stam going won't change much. There'll just be a period of moaning about how long we take to appoint a siccessor. Then about who the successor is. Then about how they haven't magically turned everything around. Then about how they haven't immediately sugned lots of really expensive players who are out of our reach. Then how we haven't signed anyone on deadline day. Then on how we aren't winning the league in October, then how the new guy isn't good enough and has to go in November.

At least we’ll all have some hope that things will improve for a couple of months

4 clean sheets all season I think. It’s no wonder we are near the bottom

I rate Moore highly, but Mannone, Gunter and McShane along with him have basically played every game. For me, Stam needs to make some big decisions at the back, inc dropping McShane and maybe even cashing in on Moore

double d I dont even care anymore. If we dont beat Birmingham then stam could do one on that evening. Un pfucking believable.

all we read on here is, the next game is a must win and after the next crap result, (repeat) I read, the next 2 game's are must wins for Stam. When in truth, Stam needs to go, be sacked or just oxf*rd off... he's wrecking this club. #FUN SPONGE OUT

Get a grip! How the f*ck is he 'wrecking this club'? The team is not performing well, given the expectations that were established in some people's minds following last season's over achievement , but it and the club are hardly falling apart.

I can handle the ups and downs of supporting RFC and have done so for 35 years but I can tell you now, Stam is a complete fraud. He's slowly wrecked decent players, wrecked fans enjoyment. Be honest, who really wants to go and watch us? We'll no longer have a club if we support this shite.

Avon Royal Blah blah blah......three year plan....blah blah blah.

Is it a three year plan to get promoted or to get out of the Championship?

If it’s the latter it might be a two year plan......

SS highlights - great cross from Blackett for our goal

Too much easy for their cross (Blackett) and McShane again with a rubbish challenge on his man. Basically gave him a free header

Really?! A complete fraud?? That was an incredible con trick last season then wasn't it! Wrecked decent players? Who? Strange that there are players on record as saying he has improved them.

He can hardly be blamed for the loss of key players, through transfers and injury at the start of the season and which very clearly weakened us. Kermorgant is only slowly returning to fitness and form. Swift is absolutely critical to the team and that immediately showed when he returned, only to get injured again. Obita is out crocked. McCleary only just returning.

And how the f*ck will continuing to support Stam and the team lead to us no longer having a club? If anything, paying him off and then the costs involved in yet another new start will be more of a risk (still not likely to lead to the club folding though!).

As I said, you and others need to get a grip.

Oh, and I looked forward to and enjoyed the Bristol game - just the result was sh*t.

Rather than tell us what we already know, how's about telling us what would fill the stadium and propel us up the league because nobody on the staff seems to have a clue ?

I didn’t read your emotional reply but crack on mate with your own opinion and I’ll crack with mine, the same opinion I’ve had since the opening game at QPR. He’s out of his depth and boring fans away from the club.

Some may already know, many appear not to or are conveniently blanking their minds to it.

What you want is not going to happen overnight is it! Reading supporters have been far too spoiled over recent years and have completely forgotten what real life is like for supporters of most clubs. Patience is also a forgotten word and concept.

We are not going to shoot up the league but with the return to full fitness of some key players and some wise additions to the squad, things will improve (if Moore goes in January that could reduce that likelihood). Although the results have been shyte and a lot of the games boring, there have been times when the players have demonstrated an improvement from last season. As someone else pointed out, backed by stats and examples, last season we narrowly won a lot of games and were absolutely hammered in some others. This season we are not getting those hammerings but are sadly narrowly losing games where last season we narrowly won them.

And stating that if Stam 'is a complete fraud' then last season was an incredible con-trick is more a statement of fact than emotion!
