I don't care how badly the manager picks the team and handles training. You do better than that as a professional player.

Agreed but you struggle if you’re not fit enough and not in the right frame of mind which McCleary hasnt been all season. Therefore it’s down to the management.

No run of games to get any sort of form. Up front 1 week, then the bench, then RWB. No reserve team games to get to to speed

I’m not really surprised he is playing crap

Management again ..

Hound
Snowflake Royal Creating good chances, should have scored. McCleary oxf*rd us right over and they score a second.

This is not management. This is fundamentals from the players.

I’m convinced it’s not going to turn round til the manager goes though

I don't disagree.

Who picks him over Popa?

I don't disagree the management is at fault in a major way, my issue is that the players are equally at fault.

As we screw the pooch to concede 3 for the first time this season.

Sadly it’s almost getting to the point where I hope we concede 5 on the chance it hastens his exit

And I’m slightly ashamed to say that

Which League One ground are you guys most excited to visit? When I'm visiting in the fall it might be nice to see a few new stadiums

I was up for giving him some time after Christmas but there’s zero evidence that he can turn it round. He’s got to go now.

Well, lose at Burton and I can't see how we can't have a managerial vacancy by mid-day Wednesday 31 January.

A number of us saw it months ago.
Surprised its taken so long for some of you to realise how poor it is with this management.
Stam is taking us down if he stays

Players have given up. Losing 3-0 to a injury ravaged Sheffield Wednesday who have 2 wins in 14 games and have as much trouble scoring as Reading.

Dear Ron, Stam out now please before whatever vague hope remains of this club staying up totally evaporates

Why would anyone expect him to resign?
