We need the passion back

Under 7,000 fans turning out for a league game during a relegation battle.
A manager who seems resigned to his fate and almost now baiting the Board to fire him so he gets his pay off.
No relationship at all between the manager and the fans.
A defensive that seems to be getting worse by the game.
Confidence completely drained from most of the players (with the exception of the likes of Kelly and Barrow).
Lack of leadership and passion both on the pitch and in the dugout.

I'll always appreciate the minor miracle of last season's playoff campaign but time to pull the plug on Stam otherwise we're heading to League 1.
Personally, I'd put Scott Marshall in temporary charge for the remainder of the season (yes a risk, but at least he knows the club and might start to blood in more of the promising youth team). And the Board should then focus all their efforts on making a fresh appointment for the start of the summer, one that will bring back real passion to the club, the players and the fans. There's only one man we should be targeting in my opinion. He's M-U-R-T-Y....
